Kelly Butcher, the owner of Simplification Services, has been organizing her "stuff" since she was a young girl.  "I spent many hours sorting and categorizing my books, games, and tea set collections."   Later she went on to organize her mother’s pantry, linen closet, and the bedroom she shared with her sister.

In her professional life, Kelly has been responsible for setting up and maintaining filing systems, creating user manuals and records retention guidelines, and implementing software modifications management systems. She has worked with a wide range of individuals ranging from Vice-Presidents of major corporations, customer service personnel and even 4th graders in previous jobs as a computer systems analyst and elementary school teacher.

Kelly is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and the past Secretary for the NAPO-Austin chapter.  She is a Clear & Simple, Inc. certified professional organizer. Kelly has a passion for helping others and values the one-on-one interaction between teacher and student. She is compassionate and empathetic to others’ situations. Her goal is to simplify her client’s life by creating a customized, manageable system to fit their particular needs.
