What is a Virtual Assistant or Distant Assistant?

A virtual assistant or distant assistant is an independent contractor who provides administrative or secretarial support to clients from an offsite location.  I specialize in providing support to small businesses in the Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Northwest Austin surrounding areas. 

Why would I want to hire a virtual assistant?

A virtual assistant provides basic office support to keep things running smoothly and efficiently to allow you to concentrate on business building activities.  If you only need part-time support, cannot afford to hire a full-time office assistant or are not interested in incurring additional costs related to having an employee, a virtual assistant may be the answer.

Contact Kelly at 512.779.5626 for a FREE phone consultation so we may determine if Simplification Services is able to provide the services you require.  Next, we will schedule a “Requirements Definition” meeting to establish your goals, determine the services provided by us, create a timeline with deadlines, establish the payment plan and sign the services agreement.

How much do you charge?

Rates vary based on the services requested and the amount of time required to perform the services.  I accept cash, check or credit cards (via PayPal).  Hourly and per project pricing is available.  If an hourly rate is established, you will only be charged for the amount of time spent on your contract.  Weekly or monthly timesheets are provided.

Home Office

Kelly Butcher’s Simplification process was a tremendous, much needed help to us in reorganizing our home offices. She was professional & patient in laying out goals. My husband & I were grateful for Kelly’s system to help with the overwhelming amount of sorting that we needed to get done together.
