You may be wondering why you should care that Google is no longer providing keyword data to website owners. Prior to the changes, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) specialists relied heavily on keyword data provided by Google Analytics to help drive traffic to websites. With the changes made by Google, they are no longer reporting keywords users used in search queries. If your business is not currently publishing a blog on a consistent basis, consider adding this task to your goals for 2014.

Social Media
If your business is not currently interacting with customers and potential clients on social media platforms, now would be a great time to add social media networking to the marketing mix. Online Directories
Make sure your business listings are included and updated with current information on the top online business directories and especially Bing and Yahoo! search engines. Also an inexpensive option.
Benefit: Bing, Yahoo and other search engines are still providing keyword information.
